Daniel Roland Simpson was born on January 11, 1948 in Phoenix, Arizona. He passed away December 23, 2010 into the hands of the Lord. He was born to his father Berry Simpson Sr. and mother Phyllis (Zopfi) Simpson.

He is survived by his brother, Berry Simpson Jr. and wife Patty Simpson of Tulsa; one daughter, Courtney Tudor and husband, Alfred; one grandson, Corbin Simpson Candy, all of Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He is preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis (Zopfi) Simpson and father, Berry Simpson Sr.

Daniel grew up in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Graduated from Sapulpa High School and went on to graduate from Central State University with a Business Degree. Daniel was an intelligent man, a religious man and his laughter was full of love. He will be missed.
