Sapulpan Dies While Running From Foe;
        Charges Are Filed

SAPULPA. April 26—Clarence Wiley, 28, has been charged with first degree manslaughter in the death last Sunday night of Guy Acey Williams. 43, who County Attorney 0. B. Coryell said died of a heart attack while running from Wiley.

According to deputy Sheriff Walter Kyser. who Investigated, Wiley appeared at the Williams home and asked for "something to drink." He was refused and began shouting abuses at Williams, who went inside and locked the door. Kyser said witnesses told him.

Wiley then shattered a window and went in after Williams, chasing him Into a pasture where his body was discovered later. Kyser said.
