Charles Edward Williams, 67, musician, formerly of Sapulpa, died Thursday, Sept. 16, 2004 at Rolling Hills Nursing Center in Catoosa.

Survivors are his wife Hazel and children Cheryl Cox and Michael Williams. Funeral services are pending with Green Hill Funeral Home.

The family has entrusted the care of the services to the directors at Green Hill Funeral Home.
