Mary Jane Stewart, 68, of Amarillo, died Wednesday, Jan. 8, 1997.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Llano Cemetery Mausoleum with the Rev. Roy S. Wheeler of Paramount Terrace Christian Church officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery by N.S. Griggs & Sons Funeral Directors, 2615 Paramount Blvd.

Mrs. Stewart was born in Sapulpa, Okla., and was a resident of Castro Valley, Calif., for many years. She was a secretary for Like-It Window Manufacturing for 10 years before retiring in 1988.She moved to Amarillo in 1988. She was a member of Paramount Terrace Christian Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Kathy Harding of Amarillo and Vivian Stewart of Dallas; and a sister, Kathryn Neal of Basalt, Colo. The family will be at 7508 Stuyvesant. They suggest memorials be to Friends of Nursing c/o West Texas A&M University, P.O. Box 969, Canyon, Texas 79106.
