Gary Paul Triplett, 56 of Sapulpa, OK died at his home on Friday, January 27, 2012. He was born on August 31, 1955 in Olustee, Oklahoma to Loys Whitfield Triplett and Melba (Williams) Triplett. On May 16, 1980 he married Wanda Orr in Miami, OK and they made their home in Sapulpa. Gary took great pride in his work as a cement contractor at Triplett Brothers Construction Company. He was always helpful to others; a friend everyone could count on. In his spare time he loved to fish and hunt.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Eddie, Larry Joe and Timmy; and his canine companion, Wilson.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda; sons, Bobby Triplett and his companion, Nicky Coleman, Jesse Triplett and his companion, Jamie Ingo, and Kolton Ritchie Triplett; daughter, Melissa Broom and her husband, Jason; brothers, Carlos Triplett and his wife, Deborah, Jimmy Triplett, Keith Triplett and his companion Janie Gregory; sister, Reba Bennett; 5 grandchildren whom he fondly called “Papa’s Plow Boys” and “Papa’s Little Darlins”; an especially good friend, Marion (Mike) Jackson; as well as a host of loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, good friends, and his dogs, Biddy and Odie.

Visitation will be Monday 11-7pm at Add’Vantage Funeral Service, 9761 E 31st St., Tulsa. Funeral Service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at Foundation Church., 7785 South Highway 97, Sapulpa. Pastor Scott Hamilton will officiate.
