Anita Wood, age 48, passed from this life on the morning of January, 14, 2011 at her home in Tulsa, Okla. Anita was born in Texas on October 27, 1962 and came to the Kiefer area when she was 14-years-old. Anita spent most of her career working as a health aide for the mentally challenged.

Anita is survived by her daughter Crystal Wisdom and her son-in-law Danny Wisdom of the home. Anita is also survived by sisters, Marie Matney of Bartlesville, Sherry Cassel of New York, Sandra Hughes of Pama, Texas and Sharon Lee; brothers, Billy Casey of Vinita, Steve Casey of Conroe, Texas, Robert Casey of Muskogee, David Wood of Perryton, Texas and William Wood of Pampa, Texas; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by one daughter, Charity Thomas, her mother Addie Wood, her father Bill Wood and sister, Delores DeBaun.

A memorial service for Anita will be Saturday, January 29, 2011 at the Community Free Will Baptist Church in Kiefer. Family and Friends will headquarter at the home of Charles and Carla Thomas, 13 S. Lakeview in Kiefer.

Arrangements for the cremation were made by Rosehill Funeral Home in Tulsa.
