Jacquelta Ilene Adams, 55, 105 S. Linden, Sapulpa, died Sunday at Glenpool Health Center. Graveside services are scheduled for 11:30 am Wednesday, at Fairview Cemetery in Niotaze, [Chautauqua County] Kan, with Rev. David Bycroft officiating.

Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Niotaze, Kan, under the direction of Smith Funeral Horne.

She was born March 7. 1938, in Coffeyville, Kan. A resident of Sapulpa for 27 years, she was member of the Lady Elks and the Christian Church.

Survivors include her husband, James, parents, Glen and Cyreth. Folk of Tyro, Kan; daughter, Riconda Adams of Sapulpa, son, Rog - Adams of Wichita. Kan; sisters, Bonnie Moore of Derby, Kan, and Glenda Wright of Valley Center, Kan two. grandchildren and three step-grandchildren Smith Funeral Home between and 8:30 p.m., Tuesday.

Family will receive friends from 7.30 to 8.30 pm Tuesday, at the Smith Funeral Home
