Leo Redford Adams of Claremore died Tuesday in Claremore Services are to be held Friday at 10 am at the Bristow Gospel Tabernacle.

Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery under the direction of Hutchins-Maples funeral home.

Adams was born Jan. 23, 1919 in Davenport, Okla. He lived in Bristow until 1986 and was a pastor of the Bristow Gospel Tabernacle for 23 years. He was also a retired rural mail carrier. Adams is survived by wife Edna Adams; sons Wyatt Adams of Clare more, and Glenn Adams of Norman brothers Glendal Adams of Conyers, Ga., and Don Adams of Houston Texas; sister Ruby Brown of Hominy; and four grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers E.K. and Jim Adams
