James "Claud" Barden June 28,1884 to Feb 19,1928.

James Claud Barden was the son of John Henry Barden(1856-1935) and Theadora Jane Little (1863-1900) Barden. One of six children, his siblings were: Flossie Mae 1886-1971; Bertha Susan 1888-1957;Benjamin Franklin Harrison 1891-1969;Mary Isabelle 1895-1950 and Goldie 1897-1897.

He married Martha Elizabeth (Lizzie) Madewell Aug 7,1909 in Shell Knob ,Barry Co. Missouri. They had a son, Louis Barden,1912-1968. They may have had a son, Leroy that died as a baby.
