Man's Death Due Probe

SAPULPA (AP) — _The death of a Sapulpa man Thursday night, just hours after he had been released from the Creek County jail. was being investigated Friday by officers. John Henry Fiarris, 54, was shot in the head with a ,22-caliber automatic. He died less than two hours later in a Tulsa hospital. According to a jailer, Fiarris had been released from the jail earlier in the day after serving a 10-day sentence for driving while intoxicated.
