Mozelle Kay Raby, 83, died, Sunday at St Francis Hospital in Tulsa. She was born Dec1, 1919 in Waurika.

She was a homemaker and a Sapulpa resident most of her life. She was preceded in death by her husband Glen Raby; son Glen Raby Jr. and daughter Janette Taylor Payne.

Survivors include one son and daughter in law Jerry and Sue Raby of Mannford; grandchildren, Richard Raby, Shawn Raby, Jarrett Raby, Austin Raby, LaVonda Comstock, Mindy Payne, Rhoda McEwen, Cindy Hendrix, great grandchildren; great-great grandchildren; brothers, Emmitt Lowe of Henryetta, Vernon Lowe of Sapulpa, Bill Lowe, Jr. of Holly, Colo. and Jonny Hawkins of California; sister, Juanita Scott of Sapulpa and a number of nieces, nephews, friends and other family members.

Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Thursday at Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev Bob Swak officiating. Interment will be in South Heights Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
