Obituary - Arthur Leroy Cline was born in the Moorewood community of Custer County, Oklahoma on July 14, 1900. He passed away April 30, 1956 at the Thomas Memorial Hospital at the age of 55 years, 9 months and 16 days.
On March 21, 1924 he married Sarah Ann Long at Arapaho, Oklahoma. To this union was born 6 children. An infant daughter preceded him in death.
Arthur gave his life to Christ at an early age and has been a faithful elder of the First Christian Church of Putnam, Oklahoma. He also was a member of Thomas Masonic Lodge.
He leaves to mourn his passing his wife Sarah and 5 children, Ruth Ann Stotts of Chester, Oklahoma, Margaret Lee Kincaid of Putnam, Oklahoma, Sarah Sue Cline of Taloga, and Joseph Daniel Cline of the home address. Also two sisters, Viola Hansen of Hinkley, California, and Hazel Abernathy of Plainview, Texas; Five brothers, Charlie of Weatherford, Oklahoma, J. D. of Corpus Christi, Texas, Kenzie of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Clarence of Las Animas, Colorado, and George of Sun Valley, California and a host of other relatives and friends.

Page 5. Obituary - Missouri Gertrude Lacy, daughter of Missouri Caroline and George L. Lacy, was born November 7, 1881 at St. Joseph, Missouri, and departed this life August 11, 1956 at her home in Noel, Missouri at the age of 74 years, 9 months and 4 days.
She came to Oklahoma with her parents and settled near Fay, Oklahoma in Dewey county in 1901.
In 1904 she was united in marriage to Jacob S. Cline and moved to their home 4 miles north of Putnam.
To this union was born ten children, three daughters, Mrs. Aquilla Davis of Putnam, Oklahoma; Mrs. Alvie Stogdill of Racklin, California; Mrs. Ivan Newkirk of Spokane, Washington, and six sons; Leslie of Englewood, Colorado; Lov of Noel, Missouri; Gordon of Melba, Idaho; Robert of Coffeeville, Kansas; Kenneth of Putnam and Elmer of Noel, Missouri. An infant son preceeded her in death.
In 1935 the family moved from Putnam to Noel, Missouri, where they made their home until her death.
Early in life she was baptized and united with the Christian Church in Putnam.
She is survived by her immediate family, her husband, three daughters and six sons, one brother, Earnest Lacy of Humbolt, Kansas; Twenty-five grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
