Page 3. Obituary - Wallace Edward Crispin, son of Calvin and Caroline Crispin was born May 5, 1879 near Loveland, Iowa and departed this life Jan 21, 1956 at his home near Aledo, Oklahoma, at the age of 76 yrs., 8 months, and 16 days.
He came to Oklahoma in 1901 and has spent most of his life in this same community.
He was united in marriage to Blanche Elder April 3, 1907.
He is survived by his wife Blanche of the home. Also 2 sons, Carroll of Putnam and Cecil of Leedey. 3 daughters, Ethel Hadley of Collinville, Oklahoma, Lois Case of Richmond, California, and Arlita Ferrell of Leedey. Other survivors include 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren. One sister, Edythe Burnham of Vera, Oklahoma, 2 brothers, James A Crispin, Boulder, Colorado, Bert Crispin of Springfield, Mo., and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was converted at an early age and joined the Christian Church at Aledo, Thanksgiving Day in 1914. He was an Elder in the church for many years and a faithful member until his death.
