Page 2. Obituary - Perry Arthur (Pat) Skelton, son of Lucy and Perry Skelton, was born November 28, 1901 near Putnam, Oklahoma.

He departed his life August 7, 1956 in the Thomas Memorial Hospital, at the age of 54 years, 8 months and 10 days.

He was reared and spent most of his life in the Putnam vicinity with the exception of a short time the family lived in Taloga.

On June 27, 1925, he was united in marriage to Dwade Graft, daughter of Charley B. and Mella A. Graft.

He was preceded in death by his mother, father and one sister, Ollie.

He leaves to mourn his death, his wife, Dwade; Two sisters, Mrs. Sena Reynolds of Iola, Kansas, and Mrs. Cecil McCorkle, Midwest City; Two brothers, Clarence of Taloga; and Orvel of Oklahoma City; 26 nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

In May of 1956 he was converted at his home, professing his faith in Christ.
The passing of our loved one, leaves a lonely place which the power of words cannot express.
