Patterson,
Orban C. (Photo) Sept 24, 1890 Aug 20, 1944
Inside fenced Patterson plot, almost covered with grass, Orban, Everett Mason,
Janie Burks, and the Yoder baby are the only legible stones here. These
are the known burials inside the black wrought iron fence enclosure belonging to
the Pattersons. Some are no longer legible and others have
"disappeared" entirely 5-11
Spring (2009): William Martin's class
uncovered the grave markers of Dr. Sterling Price Patterson and
Vernon Patterson that had been before rendered as unmarked graves.
They brought the grave markers to the surface and now all three of
the Patterson graves are marked.
