The Stratford Star January 25, 2007
Lois Nadine Taylor- Funeral services for Lois Nadine Taylor were held Saturday, 
January 20, 2007 at Pickard Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Bill Jones officiating. 
Burial followed at Hart Cemetery under the direction of Pickard Funeral Home of 
Stratford, Oklahoma.
Lois Nadine Taylor, a resident of Stratford, was born February 28, 1942 in Hart, 
Oklahoma to Lois "Polly" (Rogers) and Charile B. Wright. She passed away 
January 17, 2007 at the age of 64 years.
Mrs. Taylor was a seamstress and had lived most of her life in the Stratford area. 
She was a member of the Chruch of Christ. She was preceded in death by one sister, 
Betty Snipes; and an infant son, Gary Steven Taylor. Surviviors include one son, 
Jerry L. Taylor of Longmont, Colorado; one daughter, Melissa D. Curry of Stratford; 
one brother Orville Wright of Springfield, MO; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren

Debra Sue Benge- Funeral services for Debra Sue Benge were held Saturday, January 27, 2007 
at the Pickard Funeral Home Chapel in Stratford, Oklahoma with Reverand Lewis Perry 
officiating. Burial was at Midland Cemetery, Vanoss, OK under the direction of 
Pickard Funeral Home. Pallbearers included family memebers and friends of the family. 
Debra Sue Benge, a resident of Stratford was born March 29, 1962 in Denver, Colorado to 
Carrie and Donald Morris. She passed away January 24, 2007 at Ada, Oklahoma at the age 
of 44 years. Debra worked for the Western Uniform Company, and lived most of her life 
in the Stratford area. She was preceded in death by her mother, Carrie Morris, in 2005. 
Survivors include three daughters, Brandi Taylor of Ada, OK, Shawnda Taylor of Stratford, 
and Destiny Benge of Stratford; two brothers, Alford Gene Clowers of Texas and 
Phillip Morris of Stratford; three sisters, Tonia Jones of Stratford, Brenda Holland of 
Stratford, and Glenda Jones of Monroe, Louisiana; her father, Donald Morris of Stratford, 
and two grandsons, Kaleb Taylor and Kyler Jones, both of Stratford.
