Carrie Beth BODENHAMER, born 28 Oct 1925, in Waurika, to
Mr/Mrs Derwood Bodenhamer. Attended Waurika schools for 12
years. Member of Girls Glee Club, mixed chorus (4
years), member of band for 5 years. Member of Junior
Sorosis for 6 years. Plans to attend O. B. U. in the fall.

Mary Geraldine BRANDON, dau. of Mr/Mrs W. D. Brandon, born 25
Sept 1925, NW of Waurika. Spent her first school days at
Texas Public Schools. She attended Addington schools from 7th
grade until this year. Member of the junior and senior play
casts; Girls Glee Club for 3 years; in 4-H for 7 years. She
was secretary and treasurer of F. H. O. club, member for 4 years.
Plans to attend Oklahoma A & M in Stillwater this fall.

Rosemary BROWN, dau. of Mr/Mrs Frank Brown, born 15 June 1925,
Lawton, OK. Attended Waurika schools for 12 years. In
Girls Glee Club, Mixed Chorus, Girls Quartet and Trio
and band. Plans to work in Waurika this summer.

Doris CULBERSON, dau. of Mr/Mrs C. D. Culberson, born Oil City
OK, 18 July 1923; has attended Waurika schools for seven years.
Active member of F.H.O., served as secretary and treasurer for
past 2 years; secretary and treasurer of senior class. Has
been especially interested in Commercial work during her four
high school years and placed 2nd in
County Typing contest during her junior year. Plans to finish her
commercial training or to continue her work at the telephone
office.

J. W. CURTIS, Jr., son of Rev. and Mrs. J. W. Curtis, born 15
Nov 1925, Bethany OK. Has attended school in various parts
of the U. S. Came to Waurika in his sophomore year. Has
taken an active role in Mixed Chorus, Boys Glee Club, and
County Academic. He is planning on farming 180 acres of
land he has rented.

Bobby DUNN, son of Mr/Mrs H. W. Dunn. Attended Waurika
Schools for 12 years. Active in Boys Glee Glub and F.
F. A. Planning to join the Army this summer.

James Wayne Allen FULLER, son of Mr/Mrs W. H. Fuller, born 17
Feb 1924 in Waurika. Member of high school band, saxophone
quartete; president of freshman class, junior class, senior
class. Worked two years at City drug Store. Plans to enter
the army.

Theda Rae HARDY, dau. of Mr/Mrs C. R. Hardy, born 17 June
1924, Idabel OK. She has lived in Waurika since she was 2
years old and has attended Waurika schools for 12 years. She
was a member of the High School Mixed Chorus and Girls Glee
Club for two years and an active member of the F. H. O. for 3
years. Her plans are to get a job as a typist with Douglas
Aircraft Depot in Oklahoma City.

Margaret IVY, dau. of M/M Harley Ivy, born Waurika, 20 Sept
1925. Attended Waurika Schools 12 years. Member of
girls and mixed quartets 4 years. Won Sorosis medal
her freshman year; recd a superior rating in piano solo in
National Regional Contest her sophomore year; won first in State
typing contest, Typing II; member of Senior Girls trio.
Valedictorian in 8th grade and senior
year. Plans to enter Oklahoma University and major in
piano.

Lavera Jo KAUERAUF, only dau of Mr/Mrs Walter Kauerauf, born
20 June 1925, north of Waurika. The family has lived in
town since 1926. She has attended all 12 of her school
years in Waurika. Member of the band, glee club, mixed
chorus, junior play cast, Junior Sorosis, and Rebeckah Lodge.
Her plans for the future are indefinite.

Juhree LONDON, born 31 Dec 1925, in Waurika to Mr/Mrs W. C.
London. Attended Waurika schools 5 years, then moved to
Anadarko, returning to Waurika in 1937 and attended Addington
schools for 3 years, then spent her last year at Waurika. Active
in glee club and quartette and F. H. O. She also took part
in the senior play.

Della Jean MARNEY, dau of Mr/Mrs G. W. Marney, born 13 Apr
1924 in Waurika. She has attended Waurika schools the past
9 years. Member of girls glee club, mixed chorus, F.
H. O. Club. She was a member of the senior play cast this
year. She has made no definite plans for the future.

Pearl Viven MCMASTER CANTRELL, dau. of Mr/Mrs H. A. McMaster,
born 17 dec. 1925, at Addington, moved to Waurika a year later.
Attended Waurika schools all 12 years. Member of Mixed
Chorus and F. H. O. Club for t5wo years. Plans to make her
home in Austin, Texas.

Marjorie May MILLER, dau. of Mr/Mrs J. R. Miller, born at
Stephenville TX, 28 June 1923. Moved with her family to
Waurika in 1926. Member of band, junior high mixed chorus,
girls glee club, mixed chorus and Junior Sorosis. Future
plans are indefinite.

Lucy Lockett MOON, dau of Mr/Mrs A. T. Moon, born 10 April
1923 at Loco OK. Attended Loco schools for seven years.
In 1938 moved to Waurika to live with Mr and Mrs Jim Way. Has
attended Waurika schools for the past 5 years. Active member of
F. H. O. Club; member senior play cast. She is an
experienced telephone operator and plans to continue with the
Bell Telephone Office in Waurika after graduation.

Ruth Helen MOORE, dau. of Mr/Mrs M. L. Moore, born 9 Nov 1925
in Waurika where she attended all 12 years of school. Member
of girls glee club, participated in county contests and F.
H. O. Future plans are indefinite.

Vera May OWENS, born 15 Dec 1925 in Jefferson County to Mr/Mrs
C. B. Owens. She entered Waurika schools her senior year.
At Pauls Valley she was a member of the girls basketball
and softball teams as well as Girls Glee Club and mixed
Chorus. She also took part in the junior play at Claypool
and the senior play at Waurika. She plans to enter college
at Edmond this fall and study Mechanical Drawing and Blue Print
Work.

Floyd D. PARK, born 12 Feb 1924, Talihina, Oklahoma, to Mr/Mrs
W. M. Park. Attended Waurika Schools for past 5 years.
Plans to enter U. S. Army or Army Air Corps.

Marjorie PEARCE BROWN, dau. of Dr./Mrs Jas. F. Pearce, born 1
Jan 1925, Faulkner Mississippi. Moved to Waurika in 1926
and attended Waurika schools for 12 years. She has been
active in speech, band and glee clubs, also Girls
Quartette. Won superior in her trombone solo at Enid her
junior year. Participated in the Junior Play. Plans
to attend Oklahoma University.

Betty Louise PENNY, dau of Mr/Mrs Robert Owen Penny, born
Tabler OK, 18 Jan 1926. Moved to Waurika in the 8th
grade from Chickasha. Attended all 4 years of high school
at Waurika High. Participated in all musical events and
other curricular activities. Plans to enter either O. C. W.
or East Central State College at Ada at the beginning of the next
fall term.

Betty REYNOLDS, born 13 May 1926, Hastings, Oklahoma, to
Mr/Mrs W. H. Reynolds. Moved to Waurika in 1938. Member
of F. H. O. 2 years. Member of Senior Play cast. Future
plans are indefinite.

Ila Ruth RUCKER, dau. of Mr/Mrs Emmett Rucker, Wichita Fall
TX, born 18 Sept 1925 in Waurika. She has attended Waurika
schools for 12 years. Member of the band, junior high mixed
chorus, girls glee club, and Junior Sorosis. Future plans
are indefinite.

Jonelle SAMPLES, dau. of Mr/Mrs Marshall Samples, born
Ringling OK, 16 Aug, 1925; moved to Waurika 1929. Attended
Waurika Schools 12 years. Active in one act plays, glee
clubs, two years, and band. Participated in Junior play.
Salutatorian of Senior class. Plans to attend Lindenwood,
St. Charles, Missouri in the fall and major in dramatics and
radio work.

Donald Robert STUART, born 16 Feb 1926, in Oklahoma City, to
Mr/Mrs Donald L. Stuart. Attended Waurika schools for 12
years. Was in band 7 years, Glee Club, Mixed Chorus, Junior
and Senior Plays and One-Act Play. Plans to attend college
for a year, then enter the Army.

Jack L. TRIPP, son of Mr/Mrs L. J. Tripp. Attended
Wilson schools 2 years, Claypool 2 years, and Waurika for the
last eight years. Active in band and in the Boys Glee club
and Mixed Chorus. Member of F. F. A. for 2 years. Plans
to join the army in the summer.

Gertrude UNDERHILL, dau. of Mr/Mrs P. R. Underhill of El Reno.
Born 9 Jan 1925, at El Reno. She moved to Waurika when 5
years old. Attended school here for 12 years. Member
of the High School Mixed Chorus and Girls Glee Club. Also
active member of F. H. O. for 3 years. Was reporter and
parliamentarian for 2 years. Member of the Senior Play this year.
Will join her family in El Reno when school is out.

Abbie Louise WOOD, born 11 Feb 1925, dau. of Clyde Wood and
the late Mrs. Abbie Dunkin Wood. For the past 10 years has
lived with her aunt, Mrs. S. J. Seale. She attended Waurika
schools for 12 years. Member of the High School Mixed
Chorus and a member of the F. H. O. club for 2 years. Plans
for the future are indefinite.
