This was taken around the time of OK Statehood.  According to my cousin Jack Quentin Neal, Andrew was Justice of the Peace in Bee (what is now Johnston Co), Choctaw, IT

Shortly after the birth of Andrew Jackson (Jack) Neal, Jr., the family moved to Newcastle, Young County, TX to start a blacksmith shop with Florence's father, Miles Cook.  That is where Hallie Jean Neal was born in 1911
