Alice Ball, 74, of Poteau, passed away Monday, March 20, 2002. She was born June 4, 1927, at Fairhill to William and Rosa Goodwin.

She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and one son, Frank Allen Ball.

Survivors include her husband Frank C. Ball; three granddaughters and their husbands, Melodie and Andrew Huckins of Fayetteville, Ark., Mindy and Patrick Leary of Plano, Texas, and Tiffany and Jonathan Reed of Springdale, Ark.; two great-granddaughters, Allysha Huckins and Claire Leary; and two brothers, Thee Goodwin and George Goodwin, both of Cameron; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and loved ones; and a host of beloved friends.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, May 24 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Poteau with Rick Stankewitz officiating.

Burial will follow in Knothole Cemetery in Cameron under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.
