Steven Bradley Boyd, 27, of Sallisaw, passed away Sunday, March 2, 2003. He was born Sept. 20, 1975 at Fort Smith, Ark. to Steven Leavn and Angela (Martin) Stonebarger Boyd. He was a jailer. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents. Survivors include one son, Steven Robert Boyd of Vian; best friends, Chantz McCreaty and Billy MacWhite; seven sisters, Shawna and Josh Arnold of Muldrow, Katy Beth Boyd of Spiro and stepsisters, Lacey Armer of Spiro, Cindy Tyree of Sallisaw, Kristie Stonebarger and Brandy Stonebarger, both of Vian, and Tracey Kirk of Sperry; three brothers, Billy Cole of Okay, William Charles II of Korea and Jerome Stonebarger of Covington; one nephew, Ty Bradley Andrews; and one niece, Kasey Nicole McCreaty; his parents, Steve and Cathy Boyd of Spiro and Angela and Billy Stonebarger of Sallisaw; grandparents, Steven Daniel and Velma Boyd of Sallisaw, Merle and pat Martin of Sallisaw, numerous aunts, uncles, other family and friends; and one step grandfather, Vaughn Taylor of California. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 4 at the Eastside Baptist Church with the Revs. Charlie Shell and Elbert Owens officiating. Burial will follow in Garden of Memories under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Pallbearers will be Tommy Caldwell, Myron Osburn, Billy MacWhite, Donnie Morris, Chantz McCreaty, Gary Dale Brooks, Bill Holmes and Billy Holmes. Honorary pallbearers will be Sequoyah County Sheriff's Department.
