Widow Sues Coal Company
Husband Killed White Examining Mine Passages, She Alleges

Bring suit for herself and small daughter, Mrs. Dovie Brady filed a petition yesterday in the district court charging that her husband, George F. Brady, came to his death through the negligence of the Bokoshe Smokeless Coal company, and asking damages from the company of $25,000.

According to allegations of the plaintiff's petition her husband had as a part of his duty the examination of certain mine passages for miners. An explosion occurred one morning, the petition states, and Brady met his death as the result.
