Jack Crutchfield FORT COFFEE, Okla. — Jack Eugene Crutchfield, 81, of Fort Coffee, Okla., died Tuesday, May 6, 2003, in a local hospital. He was an Army veteran of World War II, a retired employee of General Motors and a member of Mount Triumph Missionary Baptist Church. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Mount Triumph Missionary Baptist Church with burial at Fort Coffee Cemetery in Fort Coffee, Okla., under the direction of Rowell-Parish Mortuary of Fort Smith. He is survived by his wife, Victoria; a daughter, Joan Lee of Flint, Mich.; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Jason and Derrick Crutchfield, Junior Billings, James and Howard Delt and Tarik Abdullah. The family will visit with friends from 6 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
