Cynthia G. Duer, 44, of Pocola died Monday, April 14, 2003, in Waldo. She was vice president manager of Pro-Comm, a division of Beshears Professional Communications of Arkansas, and was active with the March of Dimes, Gregory Kisler Center, Special Olympics and was a former member of Old Fort Dandies.

Funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Fort Smith with burial at Oak Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home of Fort Smith.

She is survived by her husband, Gary Duer of Pocola; two daughters, Crystal Lee Duer of Van Buren and Michelle Renae Duer of Fayetteville; her father, Billy Joe Baird of Loveland, Colo.; a sister, Angela Plank of Pocola; and two brothers, Bill Baird of Fayetteville and Edward Baird of Denver.

Pallbearers will be Brandon and Dan Breshears, Phillip Lee, Bill Links, Chad Jones and Richard Robins.
