Crashes Fatal For Boy, Girl

A 7 year old Altus girl died Sunday of injuries received in an accidnet in Altus, and a Wister youth died in a Fort Smith, Ark., hospital shortly after being injured in a wreck near Wister.

Dead are: 
Donna Cox, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Don V. Cox, Altus.
Gordon Duval, 16, Wister.

...Duval was a passenger in a pickup driven by Dennis Lynn Williams, 16, Wister, when the vehicle went out of control and overturned on US 170 south of Wister.

Two other passengers, J. L. Garner, 15 and Jerry Thompson, 16, both of Wister, were admitted to a Poteau hospital in fair condition. Williams was not admitted, investigation officers said....
