Juanita Joan Flanagan, 88, of Heavener, passed away Saturday, June 14, 2003, in Poteau. She was born April 26, 1915 in Mangum to Worlie and Creola McKenzie. She worked for the Daily Oklahoman and was of the Presbyterian faith. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, James R. Flanagan. Survivors include one daughter, Pat Stewart of Heavener; one brother, Bill (Buster) McKenzie of Booneville, Ark.; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many other beloved family and friends. Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, June 16 at the Heavener Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. John Blue officiating, under the direction of Grace Manor Funeral Home of Poteau. | ||||||
