Mary Ann Verna Ollar, 60, of Cameron, passed away Saturday, June 21, 2003, in Poteau. She was born Dec. 14, 1942 at Conners, Canada. She was a custodian at Cameron Schools. She was preceded in death by one son, Brian Ollar; and one sister, Kathleen Gibson. Survivors include her husband, Joseph Ollar of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Tracey Ollar of Pocola; one daughter-in-law, Paula Ollar of Poteau; four granddaughters, Adena Harris, Serenity Royce, Candice Harris and Sunday Royce; nine brothers, James E. Gibson, Roger Gibson, Ray Gibson, Ken Gibson, Reynold Gibson, all of Bristol, Conn., Al Gibson of Dallas, Texas, Ron Gibson and Larry Gibson, both of Van Buren, Maine and Greg Gibson of Cumberland, N.C.; seven sisters, Stella Forehand and Maggie Mason, both of Bristol, Conn., Albertine Hewitt of New Sweeden, Maine, Laura Cotte of Biddeford, Maine, Margo Jucuimin of Moncks Corner, S.C., Betty Marlowe of Bathe, Maine and Ruth Thideault of Fort Kent, Maine; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved ones; and a host of beloved friends. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 26 at Fairhill (Knothole) Cemetery in Cameron, under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau. Pallbearers will be Donald Pierce, Bill Self Sr., Bill Self Jr., Nick Moody, Darrell Beshers and George Kasper. |
