Frances Pease, 82, passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2003, in Latimer County. She was born Dec. 5, 1920 in Anderson, Mo. to Roy and Ramie Shelton Crosby. She was a housewife and the mother of three children. She married Bateman Rodney Pease in 1940 in Arizona. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and two sisters, Sharon Crosby and Marvel Wilson; three brothers, Jim Crosby, Bob Crosby and Howard Crosby. Survivors include one son, Rodney Pease of Houston, Texas; two daughters, Linda Alford of Red Oak and Mary MacClary of Orlando, Fla.; three sisters, Betty Clements of Grandbury, Texas, Geraldine Bramlett of Fort Worth, Texas and Mirl Landon of Tulsa; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and other loved ones and friends. Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 24 in LeFlore Cemetery with the Rev. Chip Hinds officiating, under the direction of Grace Manor Funeral Home of Poteau. |
