Taxi Man Sued For Death of Three

Fort Smith, Ark. - June 13 (Special) J. W. Crabtree, former operator of taxi service here was today made defendant in a suit for $43,300 damages as a result of the deaths of W. C. Rise, his wife and son, Floy, of Spiro, Okla., who were killed by a troop train on the Frisco road at Cedars, Ark., December 21, 1917. They were riding in one of Crabtree's autos when it was struck by the train.
