Roy Lim Roberts, 56, of Eakly, passed away Saturday, Aug. 16, 2003, at Oklahoma City. He was born March 19, 1947 at Heavener. He worked for the railroad and was a U.S. Army veteran.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clifford Roberts; one brother, Clayton J. Roberts; and two sisters, Wanda Ryba and Glenda Underwood.

Survivors include one son, Nathan Roberts of Poteau; two daughters, Angela Mink and Christine Raves, all of Poteau; his mother, Christine Roberts of Eakly; one brother, Earnest Roberts of Eakly; two sisters, Kathrine, Trujjillo of Eakly and Violet Mendenhall of Hartford, Ark.; six grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 20 at Glendale Cemetery with the Rev. Jimmy D. Cook officiating, under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.
