Harold Kent Sherrill, 59, of Talihina, passed away Saturday, Aug. 16, 2003. He was born Feb. 26, 1944 in Tulsa to Harold Elrod and Pauline Augusta McMurrey-Sherrill. He served in the Army for three years. He was a nurse and enjoyed his profession. He married Irene Lemen on Jan. 7, 1976 in Oklahoma City.

Survivors include his wife of the home; one daughter, Kimberly White; three stepchildren; one stepbrother, Kenny Oliver; two stepsisters, Dureatha Oliver and Camillia Churnakey; two brothers, David and Chris Sherrill; many grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews; and a host of friends.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 23 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness in Talihina with Don Chatwell officiating. Cremation service provided by Talihina Funeral Home.
