The Bakersfield CalifornianBakersfield, California November 2001 Glen Wade Thompson Services: Friday, Nov. 2, 10 a.m. Graveside services will be held 10 a.m., Friday, November 2, 2001 at Greenlawn Cemetery-River Blvd for Glen Wade Thompson, age 61 of Panama, Oklahoma who passed away on October 4, 2001 in Tulsa, OK. Pastor Fred Catral of the First Assembly of God Church will officiate. He was born July 5, 1940 in Panama to Harvey Nolen Thompson and Ullie J. (Tucker) Thompson. He was a locomotive engineer. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister Pearl; and a brother Sonny. Survivors include his wife Judy Thompson of Panama, OK.; two daughters, Cindy Dubbers of Arroyo Grande and Cheryl Bird of Shady Point; one son, Gregory Thompson of Bakersfield; two sisters, Patsy Jane Covey and Ila Faye Thompson, both of Panama; one brother, Harley Thompson of Panama; six grandchildren; one great granddaughter; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved ones; and a host of beloved friends.
