Billy D. Thornburg, 49, of Fanshawe, passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2003, at Poteau. He was born June 22, 1953 at Jackson, Calif. He was a truck driver for Mabry Transportation, attended Big Creek Baptist Church and enjoyed driving trucks. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill and Dessie Summers and Dee and Ora Thornburg. Survivors include his parents, Troy and Audrey Thornburg of Fanshawe; two brothers, Ricky Thornburg and Robert Thornburg, both of Fanshawe; one sister, Shirley Pottinger of Poteau; one son, B.J. Thornburg of Poteau; one daughter, Audra Thornburg of Spiro; one granddaughter, Payton Thornburg of Pocola; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved ones; and a host of beloved friends. No services are planned at this time. |
