Myrtle Francis Lunsford, 91, of Shady Point, died Tuesday, Sept. 14, 1999, at the Oaks Health Care Center in Poteau. She was born Aug. 16, 1908. She was a homemaker and a member of the Poteau Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Lunsford; seven sisters; and one brother.
She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Buddy Currens of Downington, Penn.; one son, Oran D. Lunsford of Shady Point; two grandsons, Joe and Kim Currens, and Sean and Cassie Currens; and three great-grandchildren, Jane, Carson, and Tristan Currens.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thurs., Sept. 16, at Poteau Church of Christ with burial in
Shady Point Cemetery.
