Carol J. Brewer Yocum
Carol J. Brewer Yocum, 52, of Wilburton, passed away Thursday, June 13, 2002, in Oklahoma City. She was born May 18, 1950 in Hot Springs, Ark. to Joseph and Evelyn (Goss) Brewer. She was a member of the Fanshawe Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
She was preceded in death by her father; one brother, Scotty Brewer; one aunt, Mamie Montana; and one uncle, Everett Goss.
Survivors include her mother of Wilburton; one son, James Yocum of Edmond; one daughter, Tiffany Yanez and husband, Octavio of Heavener; one grandchild, Jasmine Nicole Yanez; four sisters, Joann Baldwin of Yuma, Ariz., Cathy Brewer of Wilburton, Mickey Bischel of Oklahoma City and Connie Brown of Wilburton; and one an aunt, Aline Wilson of Oklahoma City.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 15 at Fanshawe Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with Gregory McGowan officiating. Burial will follow in
Fanshawe Cemetery under the direction of Jones-Harkins Funeral Home of Wilburton.
Pallbearers will be B. J. Mahoney, Donnie Stanley, Joey Bischel, Johnathon Brown,
B. J. Bowers and Kenneth Brown.
Honorary pallbearers will be Bradley Brewer and Cody Brown.
