Clorene Apple

MCCURTAIN — Clorene Apple, 79, of McCurtain died Saturday, Aug. 19, 2000, in Fort Smith. She was the widow of James Elisha Apple Jr.

Funeral will be 10 a.m. today at McCurtain First Baptist Church with burial at Miners Cemetery in McCurtain under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home of Stigler.

She is survived by four daughters, Martha Stone, Jo Ann Darrow, Carolyn Sue Sides and Laverta Mae Harris; three sons, James Apple III, Freddie Apple and Jackie Apple; two sisters, Pauline Oliver and Ruby Crow; two brothers, Lloyd Mike Snow and Troy Snow; 18 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be James, Freddie and Jackie Apple, Charlie Harris, Aaron Walker, Lincoln Crawford and Jerry Sides.
