HOYT, Okla. - David Bush, 34, of Hoyt, Okla., died Wednesday, May 1, 2002, in Tulsa. He was a heavy equipment operator.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Mallory Funeral Home Chapel in Stigler with burial at Hoyt Cemetery in Hoyt, Okla.
He is survived by five daughters, Nikki Baxter Ermis of Spiro, Tassa, Brandi and Ashley Bush, all of Hoyt, and Miranda Miller of Quinton, Okla.; his father and stepmother, Charles and Shirley Bush of Hoyt, his mother and stepfather, Bonita and Darrell Fisk of Quinton; two sisters, Sheila Bray and Angie Williamson, both of McAlester, Okla.; a brother, Randy Bush of Quinton; a stepbrother, Jonathan Drolet of Houston.
Pallbearers will be Joseph and Adam Barnes, Jaime Adcock, Kenny Bond, Dustin and Mike Bush.
