William Otto Bailey, Jr., 58, of Wister, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2005, in Fort Smith, AR. William was born December 5, 1946, in Talihina, OK to William and Reber (Lucas) Bailey. He was a welder and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp. William was preceded in death by his mother and father. He is survived by his wife Cherri Kim Kelley; two sons, William David Bailey of Smithville, James Bryan Bailey of Shady Point; two daughters, Cara Borin of Mena, AR, Destiny Winship of Smithville; step-sons Billy Taylor of Poteau, Kris Taylor of the home, and a step-daughter Cherri Alexander of Poteau; one brother, Jim Smith of Wister; three sisters, Bobby Hudson of Wister, Betty Dedrich of Heavener and Joann Wilson of Norman, OK; fifteen grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Services will be held Wednesday, June 29, at 10:00 AM, at the Glendale Cemetery pavilion with Bro. Jeff Little officiating, under the direction of Grace Manor Funeral Home of Poteau.
