Bill Camp, age 94, passed away Monday, November 14, 2005, at his home in Poteau, Oklahoma. Bill was born February. 12, 1911, in Cameron, Okla., to Matt and Ida (Caldwell) Camp. Bill spent many years working in the coal mine industry and retired from Turman Trucking Company.

Bill was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Juanita (Vest) Camp; four brothers, Charles, Jerry, Lyle and Lewis Camp; and one sister, Helen Chronister.

 Bill is survived by three sisters, Jocile Mitchell and Eunice Turman both of Poteau, Jackie Anderson of Tulsa, OK, and many nieces, nephews and friends. Pallbearers will be Chuck Wagher, Larry Camp, David Robertson, Tommy Robertson, Steve Turman and Charlie Camp.

Services will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 15, 2005, at the First Baptist Church Chapel in Poteau with the Reverend Phil McGehee officiating. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery in Poteau, under the direction of Grace Manor Funeral Home.
