Herman G. Stone

Herman G. Stone, 98, of Howe, passed away May 12, 2008, in
Heavener. He was born Dec. 14, 1909, in Blevins, Ark. He was a
rancher and a manager for packing fruit and was a member of the
Hontubby Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel, four brothers and
five sisters.
He is survived by three daughters, Barbara Addison and husband
T.C. of Howe, Diana Lockhart of Mena, Ark., and Brenda Hill and
husband Steve of Ashville, N.C.; one son, Eddie G. Stone and
wife Anne of Yuma, Ariz.; 13 grandchildren; 24
great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren; numerous
other relatives, friends and loved ones.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. at the
Howe Assembly of God Church with Rev. Jack Barron officiating.
Interment will follow at the Howe Cemetery. Dowden Funeral
