William Cleve Cantrell, 74, of Poteau, passed away Monday, Nov. 8, 2004. He was born Sept. 3, 1930 at Howe. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army - serving in Korea and he was a carpenter.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Iva (Blaylock) Cantrell; a brother, Kenneth Cantrell; and a nephew, Joe Cantrell.

Survivors include one brother, Sherman Cantrell of Oklahoma City; one niece, Belinda Connelly of Pocola; a nephew, Jackie Cantrell of Pocola; two great-nieces; one great-nephew; numerous other relatives and loved ones; and a host of beloved friends.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 10 in Springhill Cemetery at Monroe with Tim Trent officiating, under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.
