Garland Ray Gee, 41, of Poteau, passed away Monday,
Aug. 23, 2004. He was born March 5, 1963 at Jacksboro, Texas. He
was a self-employed carpenter. He loved to hunt and go fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers;
Ricky Shadden, David Shadden, Paul Gee; and a sister, Gwendolyn
Upton.
Survivors include three sisters, Donna Traw, Lynita Lovell
and Linda Gee, all of Poteau; one brother, Donald Shadden of
Purdy, Mo.; two children, Kevin Gee and Kelsey Gee, both of
Poteau; his former wife and friend, Michele Gee of Poteau;
numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved ones; and a
host of beloved friends.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 27 in
Shady Point Cemetery
with the Rev. Jim Cook officiating, under the direction of Evans
& Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.
