50th Wedding Anniversary Was Celebrated Sunday, April 1

Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Boudreau, 505 Country Club Terrace, Midwest City, celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary with a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, April1 at the Midwest City Community Center. 

The couple's daughter and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Doyle McAfee, Midwest City and granddaughter and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Steven Vogler, Miami, Oklahoma hosted the event.

Assisting was Mrs. Ray Naeher, Oklahoma City; Mrs. Arthur Peterson, Del City; Mrs. Vince Bergschneider, Chickasha, Okla.; Mrs. Genevie Schumacher, Midwest City, and Mrs. Ed Riley, Piedmont. 

Welcoming guest, in the receiving line with the honorees, were the members from the original wedding party, Mr. and Mrs. Leon Williams, Purcell; Mrs. and Mrs. Philip Boudreau, Oklahoma City

They have one great-grandson, Ryan Christian Vogler. They were married in Purcell, April 14, 1929 and lived there until moving to Midwest City in 1953. 

Boudreau is retired from the Santa Fe Railway.
