| I was married when I graduated
from High School so I thought my life was pretty well ste, but I was fooled.
Bob spent 13 months overseas while I finished high school. When he returned
we moved to Bethany, OK. Our first child was born on Easter Sunday 1950.
Bob went to work for the telephone company. In august of 51 he resigned
and enrolled in college at OBU in Shawnee. Bob and I were both surprised
when God called him to preach and he decided to enter the ministry. We
moved to Ada where Bob pastured a Church part time and our second daughter
was born in 52. We moved to Prague in 54 and a son and another daughter
were born while we were there. After moving several more times throughout
the years we moved to Piedmont, South Dakota. We both really liked that
area and would have retired there, but God had other plans for us. When
Bob retired we moved back to Oklahoma. We have three granddaughters but
no grandsons. Bob and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniverssary in May
1998.
P.S. As of this date, May 2004, Anna Lue is attending
her granddaughters College graduation.
