Hampton-Parrish

Attached is a photo of my grandmother
(Ethel Parrish) she was born in Dougherty in 1900, her mother and father were
Drunette and Charles C. Parrish, she had a brother named Alfred, one named
William who were both born in Texas, but Ethel, and her sisters Gladys and
Mary Jane were all born in Dougherty while it was still Chickasaw Territory. 
Ethel married Mark Stephens and had four children....Mark Stephens was shot
by a local marshall and he died....she remarried William Penn Hampton and
they had 4 more children....which is where my dad came from........he and his
brothers and sisters were all born in downtown Dougherty in the 1920's
