Luther Man Appointed

Oliver B. Bailey of Luther has been appointed probationary mail clerk on the Rock Island railroad between McAlester and Amarillo, Texas, at a salary of $800 per annum. After six months service, if he qualifies for regular appointment, his rating will be raised to $900.
