E. Glen (Jiggs) Barnett of Tecumseh passed away Sunday, June 11, 2000 in Shawnee at the age of 80.
Services were held Wednesday at Tecumseh. The son of Cleve and Etta (Griffin) Barnett, Glen was born May 3, 1920, in Paden. He was married to Pauline Baker on April 25, 1944.
World War II Veteran.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and one brother. Survivors include his wife, Pauline Barnett of the home, one daughter, Paula Ritchie, OKC; 4 sons and their families, Glen A. of Shawnee, Gerald of Yukon, Robert and Rusty of Tecumseh; three sisters, Hattie Dawson of Paden, Ruby Lemonds of Velma, Edna Peterson of Midwest City; two sisters-in-law, Iva Barnett of Lawton and Vida Roberts of Shawnee; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.
