James L. Bozarth, 78, of Choctaw Oklahoma, died Monday, 14 Aug. 2006. He was born November 2nd, 1927 in Pattonsburg, Missouri. James proudly served his country in the US Marine Corps during and after World War II. After a few years in private industry, James served over 35 years as a civilian Electronics Engineer for the US Department of Defense and retired in 1990. In retirement James found great fulfillment spending time with his grandchildren and gardening; nurturing both areas with great fervor. James was a lifelong member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Marine Corps Association, and the American Legion.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years and love of his life, Maria de los Angeles, five children: Maria Cristina Hazell, Sylvia Callahan, Karl A. Bozarth, Katherine Barker, and James W. Bozarth; and nine grandchildren.

Services will be held 10:00 A.M. Friday, August 18th at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church in Midwest City.
