Carletta Joetta BROWN
Funeral services for Carletta Joetta BROWN will be held Thursday, Jan. 20
(today) at 2 p.m. at the First Assembly of God church in Wetumka. Rev. Ralph
SMALLWOOD will officiate at the services.
Mrs. Brown was born June 10, 1961 in Oklahoma City to Joe and Peggy RONSLEY and
died Jan. 17.
Her hobbies included arts and crafts and being very active with her family. She
loved being a Ma Mal and mother. She loved everyone and left a lasting touch on
everyone's path she crossed.
She was raised in Oklahoma City and attended U. S. Grant School. She Was married
to James (Bud) Brown in Oklahoma City.
They relocated to Las Vegas, NV where she worked as an apartment Complex manager
and returned to Oklahoma City in August 1995 where she worked for Grace Living
Center.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Peggy and Joe RONSLEY.
Survivors include her husband, James (Bud) BROWN; a son, Joe Walter RONSLEY and
a daughter-in-law, P-Nut of Las Vegas Nv.;, a daughter, Shawna Marie CROSS,
Oklahoma City; two grandchildren, Michael Anthony CROSS and Jo Walter RONSLEY
Jr.; and one on the way; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Velma and Dan
GILBRETH, Dension, Tx., Joy an Frank BAUGUS, Wetumka, Jody and Tom WYNN,
Oklahoma City, and Marie and Jim SENSIBAUGH, Oklahoma City and a sister, Jorene;
several nieces and nephews and a few special people including mom and dad
PHILLIPS and family.
Nephews will serve as pallbearers with burial in the Wetumka Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Williamson Funeral Home.
