BUTLER, James (Clyde) Sr. Age 72, passed away Dec. 29 at Four Seasons Nursing Home after an extended illness.

Services are 12 noon Friday, Colonial Chapel of Vondel L. Smith and Sons Mortuary. Born in Maumee Ark., he has lived in OKC 20 years, coming from Sentinel Ok, where he had farmed. He retired as a custodian for the OKC Public School System. He was a member of the 50th St. Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife Wanda of the home, 3 sons; J.C. Jr., Richard and Raymond all of OKC, 2 daughters; Carylon Lasater of Tuttle, Dorothy Shipley of OKC, 2 brothers; John Harley Butler of Thomas, Doyle Butler of Ninnekah Ok, 3 sisters; Ina Martin of Spencer, Chloe VanVranken of Maud, Lois Hatter of OKC, and 12 grandchildren.
