CHEATWOOD, J. C., passed away Saturday, Aug 9, 1997.
He was born in Lexington, OK on Feb 8, 1924 to Frank and Oda Cheatwood. He served in the US Army Field Artillery during WWII. He retired from Hillcrest Health Center in 1991.
J.C. is survived by his wife of 48 years, Betty, of OKC; a son, Chris and his wife Cathy, and his 3 beloved grandchildren, James, Alex and Caroline, all of New Orleans, LA.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, Aug 13, at 10 am at Bill Merritt Funeral Service. Burial will be 2 pm at Magnolia Memorial Gardens, Bristow, OK.
